What is the Relationship Revenue Rate?

The Relationship Revenue Rate is the share of revenue from repeat and referral relationships, trailing 90 days. It is the category metric of the Relationship OS — Vyan Pulse computes it nightly from payments attached to relationships, never from a survey, alongside the customer retention metrics that move it.

02 The signature screen One number · four vitals

One number that proves the loop is compounding.

The Relationship Revenue Rate: the percentage of revenue from repeat and referral relationships, trailing 90 days, computed honestly from payments attached to relationships — not from a survey, not from a guess. Below it, the vitals that move it.

Categories solidify around metrics. This one is ours, and yours.

03 The flows that are the product Measure → prove → act
F.1 The Relationship Revenue Rate The percentage of revenue from repeat and referral, trailing 90 days, computed honestly — from payments attached to the relationships that earned them. The number that proves the loop is compounding, and the metric the category is named for.
F.2 Speed-to-lead, before and now Their before vs. their now — the proof metric. The trend line starts the day you switch on Vyan, so the improvement is yours, measured, and impossible to argue with.
F.3 Sender health like a credit score One score for your messaging reputation — consent rates, bounces, complaints. You see it slipping before a carrier does, and Pulse tells you which habit is costing the points.
F.4 Admin minutes destroyed Instrumented, not surveyed. Pulse counts the follow-ups that drafted themselves, the reviews that asked themselves, the reminders that sent themselves — and reports the minutes per day you did not spend.
F.5 Charts one tap deeper The surface is numbers and next steps; the trends live one tap below. The default posture of the product is action — analysis is there when you ask, never in your way.
04 The posture Action, not analysis

A metric that doesn't end in a next step is decoration. Every Pulse reading arrives with its move attached.

Doctrine · Law Two, applied to analytics

A dipping RRR surfaces the lapsed regulars worth a rebook nudge — drafts ready. A slipping sender score names the flow that's burning it. A widening speed-to-lead gap points at the capture path that broke. Pulse is the instrument panel of the whole system: it reads the bloodstream every module already emits, and it answers with work you can commit in one tap.

06 Questions Plain answers · binding
Q.1How is RRR calculated?

Revenue from repeat and referral relationships divided by total revenue, trailing 90 days, recomputed nightly from payments attached to the relationships that earned them. No surveys, no estimates — if the money isn't on a relationship timeline, it doesn't count.

Q.2What counts as repeat or referral revenue?

A payment counts as repeat when the relationship has paid you before, and as referral when the relationship arrived through a recorded referral. Both are read from the timeline the system already keeps — never tagged by hand, never guessed.

Q.3What is sender health?

One score for your messaging reputation — consent rates, bounces, complaints — surfaced like a credit score. You see it slipping before a carrier does, and Pulse names the habit that's costing the points. A customer retention metric for the channel itself.

Q.4Is Pulse a separate purchase?

No. Pulse is included in Pro and above — no analytics seat math, no add-on. It reads the events your modules already emit and makes the system you run legible.

Answer five questions and Vyan Builder compiles your workspace. The first RRR reading computes as soon as revenue starts attaching to relationships — usually the first week.

Funnels end. Loops compound. The RRR is how you watch the compounding happen.
