Vyan Product — Maps · Module C.02 Library C.2 · Field & territory engine

Every door remembered. Every rep visible.

Built for the field, not the conference room. A two-tap log that works with gloves on. Offline that actually works. A manager board that shows the day as it happens — and replays it after. A rep in a dead zone loses nothing.

01 The flows that are the product Knock → capture → claim
F.1 The two-tap log Disposition logged in two taps, under five seconds, gloves on, in direct sunlight. The thumb never leaves the map; the door never leaves the record. ≤ 2 TAPS · < 5 S
F.2 True offline Every action queues locally as an idempotent op. Signal returns, sync heals, conflicts resolve. A rep in a dead zone loses nothing — not a knock, not a note, not an appointment. 0 OPS LOST
F.3 Territories with coverage Draw the polygon; the door count estimates itself from address density. Coverage renders as a percentage, not a vibe — you know which streets are actually worked. 30-DAY %
F.4 Routes on demand Make me a 60-door loop from here. The solver orders unknocked pins into a walkable route. The rep can still drag it around — the machine proposes, the human disposes. 60-DOOR LOOP
F.5 Knock and inbound, fused Your knock at 1847 Cedar Ridge just came inbound — claim it. The Address Spine joins field work to web leads, and attribution is honest because the graph is. SPINE · PART B
F.6 Do-not-knock that survives The flag lives on the property, not in a rep's head. Set in 2026, it still protects the company from the rep hired in 2028. PROPERTY-LEVEL
F.7 Voice-first capture Mutter it walking to the next door. By the time the rep is on the porch, the relationship, the note, and the task simply exist. HANDS-FREE
F.8 The manager live board Knocks, contacts, sets per rep. Coverage heat. A replay of the whole day. Visibility without the interrogation. DAY REPLAY
02 The composition Graceful degradation · Library A.4

Complete alone. Seamless together.

Maps is a whole product for a canvassing team on day one — territories, routes, the two-tap log, the manager board. Compose it and the seams disappear: a contact captured at the door emits an event; Leads consumes it. The modules meet only in the bloodstream.

D.1 Without Leads Contacts captured at the door live as spine relationships in a simple list view. Nothing orphaned, nothing waiting on another purchase.
D.2 Without Book Native quick-schedule sets the appointment at the door. Book upgrades it to deposits and reminders later.
D.3 Without Coach The leaderboard renders raw counts — knocks, contacts, sets — without scorecards. Honest numbers first; the development layer is optional.

A pin's capture calls the spine. The relationship forever carries the door; the door forever carries the relationship.

04 Questions Definitions · plain answers

What is door-to-door canvassing software?

Door-to-door canvassing software organizes field sales into territories, tracks every knock, and logs dispositions at the door. Vyan Maps adds true offline logging, coverage percentages, and an Address Spine that joins a knock to the inbound lead it becomes — months later, still attributed.

Q.1Is there a SalesRabbit import?

Yes — one click. Reps, relationships, and territories come across with boundaries preserved. Most teams cut over on a switch weekend, white-gloved, so Monday's knocking starts in Vyan with nothing left behind.

Q.2Does the app work offline in dead zones?

Yes — true offline, not a cached map. Every action queues locally as an idempotent op; when signal returns, sync heals and conflicts resolve. A rep in a dead zone loses nothing: not a knock, not a note, not an appointment.

Q.3How does knock tracking work?

Two taps, under five seconds, gloves on, in direct sunlight. The disposition lands on the property record, do-not-knock flags live on the property forever, and the manager board shows knocks, contacts, and sets as the day happens.

Six months after the knock, the referral calls from that same house — and the workspace already knows the roof, the photos, the conversation.
